1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Local Service Rocket website at localservicerocket.com and related online materials (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Separate written agreements (proposals, statements of work, or service agreements) govern paid client services. If there is a conflict between those documents and these Terms regarding purchased services, the written client agreement controls for that engagement.
2. Who we are

3. Eligibility
The Site is intended for business use by adults (18+) who own or operate home service or similar businesses. You represent that you have authority to use the Site on behalf of yourself or your business.
4. Site content and no professional advice
Content on the Site - including case studies, statistics, videos, and marketing copy - is for general informational purposes. Results described for other clients are illustrative and not guarantees. Past performance does not promise future results. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.
5. Booking and inquiries
Scheduling tools on the Site (including third-party booking widgets) let you request an onboarding or discovery call. Submitting a booking or inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter a paid engagement until a separate agreement is accepted and any required payment terms are met.
You agree to provide accurate contact and business information when booking or contacting us.
6. Services and pricing
Descriptions of services and pricing on the Site (including “starts at $500/month”) are introductory and may change. Actual scope, fees, and terms for your business will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape without permission, or reverse engineer the Site
- Interfere with other users’ access or our systems and vendors
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us
8. Intellectual property
The Site and its content - including text, design, logos, graphics, and videos - are owned by Local Service Rocket or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Site for personal or internal business evaluation only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent, except for fair dealing / fair use as permitted by law.
9. Third-party tools and links
The Site may integrate or link to third-party services (for example booking widgets, YouTube, analytics, and advertising platforms). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices.
10. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
11. Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOCAL SERVICE ROCKET AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE - EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Liability for paid client services is governed by the applicable client agreement.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Local Service Rocket and its owners, employees, and agents from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may update the Site or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when Terms are revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Site, except where mandatory consumer or local law requires otherwise.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site, superseding prior agreements on that subject.
